PAYMENT METHOD

Currently you can only pay via bank transfer. More payment options will be available in the future.

 

  • If you opt to pay by bank transfer, you will be asked to enter a number of details at checkout. Naturally, all information will be treated confidentially. Once the online reservation is complete, you will receive confirmation email with our bank details and a payment reference code.

 

  • The reference code contains 16 numbers and is used to locate the right booking for your booking and payment. It is therefore extremely important that you enter the last 8 digits of this code correctly when making a transfer.  

     

  • Once you have received the payment reference code, you can transfer the money from your own bank account. This can be done using online banking, a transfer form or a cash transaction at your bank. Payment is to be made within 36 hours of placing your order.

 

  • Once the full amount has been received, you will be sent a confirmation of payment notification by e-mail, please allow 24 hours for this. You will recieve shipping confirmation and your tracking details as soon as your order is out for delivery.

 

  • Our delivery timeframe is 5 to 10 working days after payment is confirmed.

Dispatching your order :

 

  • All orders placed Monday to Friday before 3pm will be processed the same day.

  • Any orders placed after 3pm Monday to Friday will be processed the following business day.

  • Any orders placed after 3pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be processed on Monday.

  • Our standard delivery service ensures that your order will be delivered one day after dispatch.

  • You will receive an email upon dispatch of your order.

  • In the unlikely event of any issues dispatching your order outside of these times we will be sure to contact and notify you as soon as possible.

  • Please be aware that during busy Sale periods, order processing may be delayed 24 hours.  We appreciate your patience, thank you.

  • Signature is not required for standard delivery unless otherwise stated.  If there is no one at home to accept the delivery our courier will either leave your order in a safe, secure location at your delivery address.  If the driver believes there is no safe and secure location this will be taken back to the depot for collection or re-delivery.   If you do not wish for your order to be left unattended at your delivery address, please write “signature required” in the additional comments section during checkout. Then, if you are not home to sign for your order, it will instead be taken back to the depot for re-delivery.

  • All express deliveries will require a signature. If you are not at home this will be taken back to the depot or third party courier whichever applies to your location.

  • Please note, Gift Cards are treated as cash and will therefore be sent by registered post, requiring signature on delivery.  If this is inconvenient, you may purchase a printable eGift Card which can be emailed either to yourself or direct to the recipient.  eGift Cards, like Gift Cards, can be redeemed both online and in store.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS

For items Purchased Online :

 

  • We DO NOT accept returns except items are damaged.

  • Items must be sent back to us within 4 days of you receiving your order.

  • All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all labels attached. Refunds on products will only be given where they are returned in their original condition, unopened and with the seal intact.

  • Please send all returns via a recorded delivery method. We cannot be held responsible for returned orders lost in transit. We recommend that you send your return back to us by registered post and retain proof of posting. We reserve the right not to issue a refund or exchange if you do not follow this policy.

  • The returns form enclosed with your order must be completed in full and accompany the item(s) you wish to return. Failure to do so will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges. If a form has not been enclosed with your order, please contact us at pourfemme.tlb@gmail.com

  • REFUNDS SHOULD APPEAR IN YOUR ACCOUNT WITHIN ONE WEEK OF RECEIVING YOUR RETURN. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL TO CONFIRM THAT YOUR REFUND HAS BEEN PROCESSED

EXCHANGES

For items Purchased Online :

 

  • We only offer size exchanges. To choose something different, you will need to return your items and place a new order.

  • Where available, replacement items will be dispatched within seven working days. If your chosen substitute size is not in stock, we will contact you to confirm a refund. For alternative items, please place a new order on our website.

  • Goods must be returned within 7 days of purchase for exchange.

  • Goods can only be exchanged if they are returned in perfect condition with tags attached and with a receipt, as proof of purchase.

For items Purchased Online :

 

  • Every order you place with Pour Femme will arrive in our dual use white delivery bags. All orders will be wrapped in pink tissue and finished with a black ribbon.

 

DISCREET PACKAGING

  • For your privacy all our orders are sent in discreet outer packaging. No company information is disclosed on the box for your discretion. 

 

GIFT ORDERS

  • Gift messaging is available for all orders placed online. Messages should be a maximum of five lines; the price of the item(s) is not included if this option is selected.

 

RETURNS INFORMATION

  • All orders will receive returns/exchanges information enclosed in a pink envelope. Retain this document for your records. See here for more returns and exchange information.
